Green Tea Cupcake


With the beginning of the new year green tea is always a good choice with all of the heath benefits attributed to it.  Instead of drinking the tea I have made a green tea cupcake filled with a green tea ganache and topped with a ginger buttercream. 

The cupcake and ganache are made with matcha, a Chinese green tea powder packed with benefits.  The second cupcake out of 366; a cupcake a day brings sweet bliss your way!
