A friend of mine is celebrating a birthday today and she has a favorite ice cream that has been retired. This cupcake, wavy davy, is dedicated to her on her day. The cupcake starts with an almond cake filled with a ganache center of fudge, almond, brazil nuts and cashews and topped with an almond buttercream drizzled with more fudge. Happy Day!!!
