One of my favorite beverages in Michigan is Vernors Ginger Ale. This cupcake reminds me of that wonderful beverage! A vanilla cupcake filled with a ginger and white chocolate ganache and topped with vanilla buttercream dusted with more ginger. The candied ginger in the center provides just the right amount of zing! A cupcake a day brings sweet bliss your way.
