Toasted Coconut

 
I love coconut....especially toasted.  There is something about the caramelization process that makes the coconut more flavorful and less sweet.  This cupcake is all about the toasted coconut.  The toasted coconut cake is filled with a white chocolate and toasted coconut ganache and topped with vanilla buttercream and more toasted coconut.  This combination brings the crunchiness of the toasted coconut with the creaminess of the buttercream; it is truly delightful!  A cupcake a day brings sweet bliss your way.
