Tonight is opening night for the Skaneateles High School production of Phantom of the Opera (March 1-4, 2012)! This is also Mickey Kringer's 50th show and in honor of his dedication is the Phantom of the Opera cupcake. This rich dark chocolate cupcake is cloaking a dark chocolate ganache and an additional espresso ganache, then topped with chocolate espresso buttercream and phantom mask.
