Spring Lemon Blackberry

 
Welcome spring!  Today is officially spring here although it feels line early summer with temperatures in the 70s-80s!  To celebrate spring this cupcake has gone lite, bright and flavorful.  A lemon cupcake is filled with lemon curd ganache and whole blackberries and topped with lemon buttercream and an additional blackberry.  A cupcake a day brings sweet bliss your way.
