Boston Creme

French chef Sanzian, who was hired for the opening of the Parker House Hotel in 1856, is credited with creating Boston cream pie.  This cupcake is an individual serving of it!  A vanilla cupcake is filled with a rich pastry cream and topped with a dark chocolate ganache.  Cool, sweet and creamy.  A cupcake a day brings sweet bliss your way.
