Mexican chocolate

 

Happy Cinco de Mayo!   Cinco de Mayo (May 5th) commemorates the Mexican army's 1862 victory over France at the Battle of Puebla during the Franco-Mexican War, It has evolved into a celebration of Mexico culture and heritage in the US.  This chocolate cupcake is filled with a Mexican chocolate ganache and topped with a spiced chocolate buttercream.  This cupcake has a little heat but not overpowering!  A cupcake a day brings sweet bliss your way.
