Mimosa

Sunday Brunch.  What goes best with a Sunday Brunch?  How about a Mimosa.  This cupcakes starts with a champagne orange cake filled with a orange curd and topped with a champagne orange buttercream.  A cupcake a day brings sweet bliss your way.
