The state of honor this week is Massachusetts. The birth place for four of our presidents (Adams, JQ Adams,GH Bush and JF Kennedy), Several well know poets and writers (Bryant, Cummings, Dickinson, Emerson, Poe, Melville, Geisel are a few) and Buckminster Fuller, architect and visionary. The state is second in production of cranberries. This almond cupcake is filled with a cranberry ganache and topped with a cranberry buttercream. A sweet and slightly tart combination!
