Raspberry Almond Bliss

A recent baking experiment of mine happened when I had too many fresh raspberries on hand.  Si a new raspberry cupcake was in order.  This vanilla cupcake is filled with an sweet almond butter with raspberry center and topped with raspberry buttercream adorned with whole almonds.  A truly blissful combination reminiscent of a Vienna treat.  A cupcake a day brings sweet bliss your way.
